VibeGuard Legal

Terms of Service

Effective October 23, 2026

These terms govern access to VibeGuard, including its free educational tools and paid subscriptions.

Educational analysis, not a security guarantee

VibeGuard provides educational static-analysis guidance. Findings may include false positives, miss vulnerabilities, or require professional review. You remain responsible for testing, code review, deployment decisions, legal compliance, and the security of your applications.

Your code and permissions

You retain ownership of code and other content you submit. You grant VibeGuard the limited permission needed to process that content and return analysis. You must have authority to submit the code and connect any repository you ask VibeGuard to access.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep account and integration credentials secure. Do not use VibeGuard to access repositories without permission, disrupt the service, evade quotas, probe other accounts, distribute malware, or violate applicable law. Access may be limited or suspended to protect users and the service.

Subscriptions and renewal

Paid plans are billed by Stripe at the price and interval shown before checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Taxes may be added where required. Available plan changes, invoices, payment methods, and cancellation controls are provided through the Stripe customer portal.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel renewal at any time through the billing portal and retain paid access through the current billing period unless Stripe or applicable law requires otherwise. Refund requests submitted within 14 days of the initial upgrade are eligible for review; approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Renewal charges and abuse-related purchases may be non-refundable where permitted by law.

Availability and changes

Features, limits, and integrations may change as VibeGuard improves. Reasonable notice will be provided for material changes to paid-plan value when practical. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider outages, or events outside reasonable control.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeGuard is provided without warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost data, revenue, or security incidents resulting from reliance on automated findings. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Termination and updates

You may stop using VibeGuard at any time. VibeGuard may restrict access for material violations, fraud, or security risk. Updated terms apply from the effective date displayed here; continued use after a material update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
